AUTO-FEED EYELET / GROMMET FOOT POWER SETTING MACHINES

The Stimpson 489 auto-feed eyelet machines are one of the most widely used eyeleting systems with over 50,000 units in use. The 489 machine family includes hand feed foot presses, auto-feed foot presses and electric or pneumatic powered auto-feed presses. The machines are easy to use and are designed and manufactured to give long and trouble-free service under demanding conditions. Siska Inc. carries a large stock of rebuilt machines. Delivery time on rebuilt machines is usually 1 week. The 489 machine is upgradeable and can be modified to grow with your workload demand. A hand feed foot press can be easily converted to an auto-feed and can then be upgraded from a foot power to an electric or pneumatic power by changing the machine base. Machine heads can be easily changed to accommodate different diameter eyelets. The machine can be used with any of the bottom die types listed on our DIE PAGE. Siska Inc. can rebuild your machine or convert eyelet sizes or power options. The 489 auto-feed machines will set any one size eyelet with an OD of 1/16" to 3/8" with a maximum flange diameter of 11/16" and a length of 7/16" for a standard arm and 9/16" for a steel arm.
