SISKA RAPID EYELET MACHINE

The Siska Rapid Eyelet Machine, produced in Saddle Brook, NJ, is the fastest sequential eyeleter available today. This fully automatic machine punches, spaces, feeds and sets up to 300 eyelets per minute. Spacing between the eyelets is fully adjustable from 5/8 of an inch to 1 1/8 inches between the holes, in increments of 64ths of an inch. The machine can set eyelets up to 3/8 of inch hole diameter and a flange up to 5/8 of an inch. Eyelet sizes can be easily changed by changing the raceways and tooling. This machine can be used to make belts or do any job that requires eyelets set in a series. A shoe version of the machine is available for the footwear industry. A grommet and washer version is available to automatically punch and feed both the grommet and neck washer up to a size #0. As standard equipment the machine comes mounted to a table with a safety / noise enclosure. The Siska Rapid Eyeleter can also be used to punch holes in leather. Various size round and oblong holes can be accommodated.
