ELECTRIC AUTO-FEED EYELET / GROMMET HEAVY DUTY SETTING MACHINES

Siska Inc. carries an extensive line of industrial electric auto-feed eyelet and grommet machines. We carry re-manufactured eyelet/grommet machines by Stimpson, United Shoe, Peerless Machine Company, and Segal. All machines are completely rebuilt, sized and set-up for your application. Below are the United (USM) eyelet and grommet machines that we have in stock.

The Model "B" is a single stroke machine capable of setting up to a #0 grommet. The Model "G" is a single stroke machine capable of setting up to a #2 grommet. Single stroke machines are used when the material is prepunched or a pierce point bottom die is used. (See our DIE PAGE for details). The Model "F" is a very heavy duty machine capable of setting up to a #6 grommet. This machine comes in both single and double stroke versions. The double stroke machine punches a hole on the first revolution and sets the grommet on the second revolution. Grommet sizes can be easily changed on all three models by changing the raceway and setting tools. All USM grommet machines are completely rebuilt and set up with ring guard safety devices. All models are mounted to a table and come with a 110 volt motor.
